Christmas is over, festivities are done.

Clear the fridge of all the leftovers, empty cartons and pickle jars.

Clear the snow from the drive, take the rubbish to the tip.
Recycle those bottles, perhaps take a cheeky last sip.

Once over with the hoover, a quick dust with a cloth.
Say goodnight to facebook, switch your mobile phone to off.

Put the kids to bed early, make some herbal tea.
Fill a foot spa, grab a book and finally, make some time for ‘me‘.
