Extra Dates at MEN for Peter Kay’s Farewell Tour

Peter Kay has added extra shows to his 2011 M.E.N Arena Farewell Tour on 4, 5 & 6 October.

Tickets are on sale now, priced £35.00 (max eight per person).

The new dates will take the Bolton comedian’s M.E.N Arena tally to 28 shows over an 18 month period shattering box office records once more.

The star of this year’s Children In Need No. 1 single, and host of Wednesday’s Royal Variety Performance, broke venue box office records last month when all 200,000 tickets for his four-week Manchester residency sold out in less than an hour. That response forced the comedian to tour his The Tour That Doesn’t Tour Tour, selling out a further 50 nights around Britain’s arenas to a staggering 400 thousand fans, making the tour not only the fastest selling tour of all time but also the biggest stand-up tour in history.

The Bolton comedian then announced he would end his tour by returning to the venue where it all started, Manchester’s M.E.N Arena, for The Tour That Doesn’t Tour Tour – Farewell Tour.
